Movement

Expression was a language before it became a profession.

Years of Bharatanatyam training at Kalakshetra taught me how much the body can hold and communicate. Rhythm, attention, discipline, story, and gesture showed me that meaning does not live in words alone.

Psychology

Creative possibility, held with structure.

My study of psychology and counselling gave me clinical grounding. Expressive arts therapy opened that structure to movement, possibility, and many ways of communicating.

Across settings

Care changes when the context changes.

My work has moved through residential mental-health care in Berlin, addiction support, schools, early childhood, disability settings, women’s groups, corporate spaces, community mental health, and crisis response.

Today

The method must respond to the person.

I work with conversation, visual art, movement, play, story, and psychodrama-informed exploration according to each person’s needs, access, and comfort.

Beyond the title

Serious about the work.
Human in the room.

Reading, dance, poetry, swimming, painting, and animal welfare continue to shape the way I pay attention—to movement, story, care, and the many forms a life can take.

A first conversation is a place to ask questions, share what brings you here, and see whether working together feels right.
