My approach
A session can move between words and art forms—or stay with what feels useful that day. Every exercise is an invitation, never a test.
Conversation
A grounded therapeutic relationship where words can arrive slowly, change shape, or be enough on their own.
Visual art
Colour, line, collage, clay, and image-making can give form to feelings without asking for artistic skill.
Movement
Gentle gesture, rhythm, and body awareness can create space for regulation, expression, and choice. Nothing is performed.
Story & play
Metaphor, poetry, roles, and play can create the distance needed to explore safely and discover another perspective.
Stillness
Pausing is part of the work. A session can stay with quiet noticing when that is what the moment asks for.
What to expect
No artistic skill required.
No performance expected.
Choice remains yours
Talk, make, move, observe, adapt, pause, or decline an invitation.
Nothing is performed
The value is in your process, not in producing or presenting art.
Words are one option
Image, gesture, play, story, quiet, and conversation can all belong.
Your pace belongs
A session can stay with one small detail without forcing an outcome.
A gentle first step
You do not need to arrive with everything figured out.
A first conversation is a place to ask questions, share what brings you here, and see whether working together feels right.
